On July 20, 2007, we had our first WPDGA meeting held at a restaurant, after playing a round of golf at Nemacolin Woodland Resort in Farmington, Pa. It has been Wilbur Lewis’ dream to create an organization devoted to Western Pennsylvania deaf golfers by hosting both regional and national tournaments in western Pennsylvania.
Along with Wilbur Lewis - Paul Blahut, Scott Craig, David Tasselli and Paul Wojton were present into the creation of WPDGA.
